Welcome to nervous system regulation groups, a soft invitation for women longing to reconnect with their authentic selves. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or adrift, these intimate circles offer a gentle space to heal. Four women journey together for 5 weeks, forming a consistent, nurturing circle. I’m Chantal, a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience, and I’ll guide you through quiet, inward-focused mind-body practices in our dimly lit cozy studio, designed for deep comfort with cozy, custom-crafted mattresses. These 90-minute sessions, distinct from traditional therapy, invite you to turn within, with no need to share, fostering a serene path to calm and connection.
What You’ll Experience
Each session begins with getting comfy on a comfy mattress and dipping into gentle guided breathwork, inviting you to soften and settle into a nurturing space. We’ll explore our beautiful nervous system, learning its states - drawing from Polyvagal Theory as our evidence base -and how to map and guide it back to a calm, connected state for everyday life. Through mindfulness practices and gentle somatic practices, you’ll tenderly uncover what your body holds, learning to release old stories and feelings that weigh you down.
Over our 5 weeks, we’ll nurture your authentic self, empowering that vibrant, whole version of you to shine. By the end of each session, you’ll hopefully feel a tender sense of a regulated nervous system, embodying this calm, connected state as your natural way of being, moving beyond fight, flight, or freeze.
These mind-body therapy groups can be a beautiful addition to individual therapy being done elsewhere, deepening your healing journey. All of this unfolds in a beautifully gentle women’s circle, held with warmth and care, where your quiet presence is enough.
