What to Expect

Each session begins by settling into the space, resting on a supportive mattress, softening under candlelight, and arriving in your body through guided breath and gentle awareness. The group is held in a warm, quiet studio designed to support deep rest, reflection, and safety.

This space is created to offer each woman a safe, nurturing environment to tune into her own experience, at her own pace, in her own way. Everything is provided to support your comfort, including blankets, eye masks, and knee bolsters. You are welcome to use whatever helps you feel most at ease. Just bring yourself, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to rest and move gently.

These sessions are primarily guided, embodied experiences. I gently lead you through a series of trauma sensitive mind body practices that may include grounding, orienting, breathwork, and slow, mindful movement to support nervous system regulation. We also weave in carefully chosen music to support emotional release, regulation, and deeper connection to the body.

There is no pressure to speak or share, only space to soften, feel, and listen inward.

Each week includes a short learning segment focused on getting to know your own inner landscape, your unique nervous system patterns, emotional responses, and the internal voices that shape your sense of self. We explore how experiences like the inner critic or inner child may influence your state of regulation, overwhelm, or shutdown. This personal awareness aligns with the support offered in our custom built app, which helps you reflect on your nervous system and emotional patterns between sessions.

You will learn how to map your nervous system states and respond to them with care and compassion in daily life, building a toolkit for emotional balance and embodied resilience.

To gently close each session, we pause for a cup of herbal tea, quiet music, and journaling time. This is your space to reflect, integrate what may have surfaced, and re ground before returning to the outside world.

These ninety minute sessions are spacious, calming, and deeply nurturing, designed to meet you where you are with warmth, slowness, and care.
