The Breathing Studio offers a gentle approach to healing, weaving together mind body therapy, nervous system care, and emotional recovery in a small, safe setting.

At The Breathing Studio, I guide small in-person sessions for women in Perth using an integrative approach that blends

• Body based nervous system practices
• Mindfulness and trauma sensitive support
Together, these form a healing process grounded in Polyvagal Theory, emotional regulation, and the belief that our bodies hold the stories our minds cannot always tell.
With just 4 to 6 women per series, each group feels safe, personalised, and held. It offers the kind of depth and care that is often missing from traditional therapy.

About Chantal
I am Chantal Vander Kraats, a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting women through emotional healing. My work is grounded in psychology, nervous system science, and deep respect for the wisdom of the body.
The Breathing Studio grew from both professional experience and personal truth: that healing does not happen through words alone. It happens when the nervous system feels safe, when the body can soften, and when we are given space to reconnect with who we truly are.
The format
• Five week in-person mind body therapy series
• Ninety minute sessions
• 4 to 6 women per group
• Held in Perth in a private, calming studio space
